Job Description

Job Overview Razom Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The selected candidate will provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a male client living with ALS. This position centers on delivering daily personal care, assisting with mobility needs, and promoting the client's comfort, independence, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on patient care , including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance. Provide mobility support (transfers, repositioning). Assist with feeding and hydration. Offer companionship and emotional support. Keep the environment clean and safe. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Communicate with the family and healthcare team.

HAVE A CURRENT CNA LICENSE

Hours:

32 hours /

Week Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays:

8:00am - 4:00pm (8 Hours)

AND Saturdays & Sundays:

4:00pm - 12:00am (8 Hours)

Qualifications:

A minimum of one (1) year experience preferred Active CNA Certification. CPR/First Aide. Home Care experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Current CPR/First Aide certification Copy of SSN Valid driver's license/State ID Current TB Test Result Razom Healthcare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Veteran-Friendly!
