Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide / Home Care Aide to join our growing home care agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients in their homes. This role is essential in supporting our clients, providing compassionate assistance and ensuring comfort and dignity. Responsibilites Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility. Provide companionship, emotional support and help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to infection control standards and agency policies. Document and report changes in client conditions promptly to the appropriate supervisor. Follow individualized care plans and maintain safety standards. Provide specialized care for individuals with cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Assist individuals managing chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension. Qualifications Active CNA certification in Georgia. Equivalent HHA/HCA experience. Current CPR certification (preferred). Reliable transportation to client homes. Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented.
