The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and monitoring vital signs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate care and have the ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with transferring patients from bed to wheelchair and vice versa. Provide assistance with ambulation and exercise. Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nurse. Document patient care activities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist with medical treatments as directed by the nurse. Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
