In this role, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help our clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for reliable professionals who excel at building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized care There full-time and part-time opportunities available over NE,NW,SE and SW Georgia Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support pediatric patients by providing age-appropriate care and comfort. Assist in memory care for patients experiencing cognitive challenges. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in medical-surgical units and outpatient settings. Help individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and dignity. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control procedures. Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
