Qualified Experienced CNA, PCA, Caregiver with Hoyer lift experience Job Summary We are seeking dedicated CNA, PCA and experienced caregivers to join our in-home care team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help our clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for reliable professionals who excel at building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized care There full-time and part-time opportunities available over NE,NW,SE and SW Georgia Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support pediatric patients by providing age-appropriate care and comfort. Assist in memory care for patients experiencing cognitive challenges. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in medical-surgical units and outpatient settings. Help individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and dignity. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control procedures. Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
Skills Responsibilities Personal Care Assistance :
Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Mobility Support :
Assist with transferring, walking, and performing gentle range-of-motion exercises.
Medication Management :
Ensure medications are taken on time and coordinate necessary refills.
Meal Preparation :
Plan and cook nutritious meals based on specific dietary needs and assist with feeding if required.
Light Housekeeping :
Maintain a safe, clean living environment by doing laundry, washing dishes, and light cleaning.
Companionship :
Engage clients in meaningful conversations, hobbies, and activities to ensure their emotional well-being.
Appointments & Errands :
Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, and pharmacy visits. Experience in home care settings is preferred. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficient in memory care techniques for elderly patients. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
