Next Week Join the Home & Comfort Care Team! Home & Comfort Care is growing, and we are seeking 10 compassionate, dependable, and professional PCA/CNA caregivers to join our PRN caregiver team. We are currently building a strong team of qualified caregivers who are ready to accept assignments as new client cases become available . This is a PRN/as-needed position . As cases come in, caregivers will be offered assignments based on client needs, caregiver availability, location, qualifications, and compatibility with the assignment . If you are looking to join a growing home care agency and want the opportunity to accept assignments that work with your availability and preferred service area, we would love to meet you. Interviews are being conducted next week. Potential Assignment Areas PRN assignments may become available throughout our service area, including: Douglas County Cobb County Paulding County Carroll County Coweta County Fulton County Haralson County DeKalb County Clayton County You do not have to be available for all 9 counties. Caregivers may identify their preferred service areas and will be considered for assignments based on location and availability. Required Before Orientation To help us place caregivers quickly as cases become available, applicants must be prepared to provide required onboarding documentation before orientation , including: Current CPR/First Aid certification Current TB screening/clearance CNA certification or PCA qualifications/training, as applicable Valid government-issued identification Required employment eligibility documentation Reliable transportation Current automobile insurance, when applicable Ability to successfully complete required background screening Ability to complete all required onboarding documentation and training Applicants should already have current CPR/First Aid and TB documentation available prior to orientation. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary according to each client's individualized plan of care and may include: Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance Companionship and supervision Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility and safety assistance Providing respectful and compassionate support Completing required visit documentation Following the client's plan of care and Home & Comfort Care policies and procedures Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and agency staff What We're Looking For We are looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate and respectful Dependable and punctual Professional and trustworthy Responsive when contacted regarding available assignments Comfortable providing care in clients' homes Able to follow an individualized plan of care Committed to client dignity, safety, and independence Ready to begin assignments when a suitable case becomes available Important PRN Scheduling Information This is a PRN/as-needed position and does not guarantee a specific number of hours per week . Our goal is to have qualified caregivers interviewed, cleared, oriented, and ready to work so that as new client cases become available, we can quickly offer appropriate assignments. Caregivers will be contacted when an assignment matches their availability, preferred service area, qualifications, and the needs of the client .
