Cornerstone Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable PRN caregiver to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a client with a spinal cord injury. Shifts Available:

3:00 PM - 7:00 AM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM PRN/flexible scheduling based on client needs and staff availability

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, individualized care in a private home setting Assist with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, safety, and independence Follow the client's established care plan Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team Provide dependable and compassionate support throughout each shift

Qualifications:

Experience caring for individuals with spinal cord injuries preferred Current TB test or chest X-ray, or willingness to obtain within 20 days of hire Valid CPR certification Dependable and reliable Compassionate, professional demeanor Ability to work independently and provide one-on-one care
