Deeds Concierge Home Care & Nursing Services is growing, and we're looking for dependable, professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are a nurse-owned and operated home care agency serving clients in their homes throughout our local communities. We're looking for CNAs who take pride in providing excellent care, communicate well, show up when scheduled, and understand the importance of consistency for our clients. What We Offer Weekly pay W-2 employment 12 hour shifts $300 retention bonus!! Day and night shift opportunities Weekend and PRN weekday availability Opportunities for additional hours as our client base grows One-on-one care in the client's home Support and oversight from a nurse-owned agency Consistent scheduling when available Responsibilities Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care Toileting and incontinence care Mobility, transfers and fall-prevention assistance Meal preparation and assistance with eating Medication reminders Light housekeeping related to the client's care Companionship and supervision Documenting services provided during each shift Reporting changes in the client's condition promptly Following the client's care plan and agency policies Minimum Requirements Applicants must have: ✓ Active Georgia CNA certification ✓ Current CPR & First Aid certification ✓ Current TB screening ✓ Valid driver's license ✓ Reliable transportation and current auto insurance ✓ Ability to successfully complete required background screening/GCHEXS requirements ✓ Dependable attendance and reliable communication ✓ Ability to work independently in a client's home $300 Sign-On Bonus

• $150 after completing 30 qualifying shifts +$150 after completing 50 qualifying shifts Bonus eligibility requires the employee to remain actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payout. Qualifying shifts must be completed as scheduled and in accordance with company attendance and employment policies. Bonus payments are processed through payroll and are subject to applicable taxes. Additional eligibility terms may apply. Who We're Looking For Experience in home care, assisted living, memory care or long-term care is preferred. More importantly, we're looking for CNAs who are dependable, attentive and professional . Our clients rely on their caregivers, so being on time, communicating appropriately and following through on scheduled shifts are essential parts of this position.
