Driver's License (Required) CPR Current TB test results Clean background Summary As a PCA/CNA in Home Healthcare, you will be essential in delivering compassionate patient care and support in a home setting. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress using EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
