Job Description
Join Aspired Unity and make a difference by providing compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes. As a CNA, you'll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team. Duties Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Help with transfers and safe ambulation Monitor and report changes in client condition Record vital signs and complete required documentation Provide medication reminders (per agency policy) Prepare light meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping and laundry Offer companionship and emotional support Follow care plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance Qualifications Current Georgia CNA certification in good standing Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks CPR certification preferred Home care or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable attitude
