FirstLight Home Care of Southeast Georgia is hiring a Part-Time Male Caregiver for a client in the Jesup, GA area . We are looking for a dependable, respectful, and compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing reliable one-on-one support.

Based on client needs and caregiver availability About the Position This caregiver will provide personalized, non-medical assistance to a client in their home. The right person will be comfortable providing hands-on support, companionship, and assistance with daily routines while maintaining the client's dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care and daily routines Helping with mobility, walking, and safe transfers Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks Providing medication reminders as permitted within the caregiver's role Supporting a safe and comfortable home environment Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the FirstLight office Completing required care documentation Following the client's individualized care plan and FirstLight policies What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Male and comfortable providing personal care to a male client Dependable and punctual Patient, respectful, and compassionate Comfortable working one-on-one with a client Able to assist with mobility and physical-care needs A strong communicator who can work professionally with clients, families, and office staff Previous caregiving or personal-care experience is preferred CNA, PCA, HHA, or similar experience is a plus Must have reliable transportation Why FirstLight?
