Job Overview Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Green Acres Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care to clients in their homes. The CNA works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support clients' daily living needs, promote comfort and dignity, and help clients remain safely in their home environment. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) Assist with feeding and monitor nutritional/fluid intake as directed Perform light housekeeping related to client care (changing linens, tidying care areas) Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided Follow the individualized care plan and all agency policies and procedures Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Qualifications Current, unencumbered Georgia CNA certification (on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry) High school diploma or GED preferred CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening per HFRD requirements Prior home care or pediatric care experience a plus Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor Physical Requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed; stand, bend, and move throughout a shift.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
