Position Overview:

We are looking for CNAs who are committed to delivering high-quality care in the home setting and fostering enriching relationships with our clients. Your role will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), supporting clients with errands and appointments, and helping them remain engaged and connected to the community. Through our Care+ app, you will have access to individualized care plans, ADL updates, and client outcomes—all at your fingertips.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities Support clients with errands, transportation, and social engagements Maintain a safe and clean home environment Monitor and report changes in client condition Follow care plans and document care using our Care+ app

Requirements:

Active CNA certification (must be verifiable) Previous caregiving experience in a home care or facility setting Must pass a background check (national and multi-jurisdictional), DMV check, TB screening, and drug screening Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required Fingerprinting required in accordance with Georgia state law CPR and First Aid certification (must be current and valid)
