Job Duties

• We provide private home care to developmentally delayed individuals.
• Check patients' vital signs
• Observe patients
• Check blood glucose
• Keep careful, accurate medical records
• Help patients with bathing, grooming, using the toilet.
• Help patients get dressed and undressed
• Help patients with movement, such as walking, sitting, and rolling over
• Transfer patients in or out of beds or wheelchairs
• Safely transport patients in beds or wheelchairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform clerical duties like scheduling appointments.
• Report problems to supervisor
• Follow all health and safety rules
• Follow patient confidentiality rules Requirements Applicant must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent.

Applicant must hold a Regular driving license. Applicant preferred to hold Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers and Heartsaver First Aid. Applicant must obtain a 7 year Motor Vehicle Report. Applicant must have a current TB skin test reading. Applicant must must have access to the internet to submit same day service documentation.
