Providence Care Position Summary Providence Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care to clients in the Cartersville area . The ideal candidate is responsible, patient, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a client's home while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client dignity. Responsibilities Provide personal care and daily living assistance based on the client's individualized care plan. Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as appropriate. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care and living area. Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation after every shift. Clock in and out accurately according to company policy. Follow all Providence Care policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times. Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team. Qualifications Current Georgia CNA certification required. Previous home care experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the client's home. Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Must successfully complete required background checks and screening. Current TB documentation required. Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification required. Must be able to work independently and follow a client's established care plan. Strong communication and documentation skills. Must demonstrate compassion, patience, professionalism, and respect for clients. Important Expectations Providence Care takes reliability and client safety seriously.

Arrive on time and be prepared to work. Properly clock in and out for every shift. Complete all required documentation before leaving the client's home. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients. Follow the assigned care plan and report concerns promptly.
