Heyman Hospice Care Location:

Travel throughout the Rome, GA service area and surrounding counties, Floyd, Chattooga, Bartow and Polk (Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate)

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8a-5p, no weekends or holidays . Hours may occasionally extend later based on patient needs and visit schedules. What You'll Do Provide direct patient care support under the supervision of a licensed nurse Assist with daily activities and ensure patient comfort and safety Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment Support a family-centered approach to patient care Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams Assist in meeting the needs of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Completion of an accredited CNA training program (or equivalent) Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of CNA experience What Sets This Role Apart Consistent weekday schedule Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations Meaningful, hands-on patient care experience
