Compassionate Professional Home Care, LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing home care team. Our caregivers provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes. Position Responsibilities Depending on the client's approved Plan of Care, CNA responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Toileting and incontinence care Mobility, positioning, and transfer assistance Meal preparation and assistance with eating Medication reminders within permitted scope Light housekeeping related to the client's care Companionship and emotional support Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Accurately completing required care documentation Following the client's Plan of Care and agency policies Following infection-control and safety procedures Maintaining client privacy and confidentiality Communicating appropriately with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team Providing dependable and timely care for all scheduled assignments Qualifications Applicants should: Hold a current CNA certification, as applicable to the position Have a valid government-issued photo ID Be able to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and credential verification Have current CPR/First Aid certification or obtain it as required by the agency Meet applicable health-screening requirements Have reliable transportation to and from client assignments Demonstrate professional communication skills Be dependable, punctual, and able to follow an established Plan of Care Be able to complete required documentation accurately and timely Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes Previous home care, personal care, senior care, disability care, or pediatric care experience is preferred but may not be required for all assignments.
