• $16 an hour Responsibilities This patient requires minimum ADL care.

Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Must have reliable transportation to drive the patient back and forth from appointments. Maintain infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and proper hand hygiene to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in acute or long-term care settings. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient service and communication across medical teams. Skills Experience working with geriatric patients. Strong knowledge of, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety standards. Excellent caregiver communication skills combined with compassion and patience when working with vulnerable populations.
