A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence while remaining safe at home. The client has dementia , is a fall risk , and requires assistance with daily activities, safety monitoring, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship. As her confidence and comfort grow, the caregiver will also assist with accompanying and transporting her to an adult day center twice per week .
