Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with ambulation and transfers
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Must be able to use hoyer lift.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
• Knowledge of assisted living and primary care practices
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
