This client needs a caregiver who pays attention, notices changes and puts safety first. You'll be an important set of eyes and ears, helping recognize when something is different and communicating those changes. Provide gentle memory reminders and cueing Stay alert to safety concerns and fall risks Notice and report changes in mobility Follow established routines to help provide consistency and security Communicate observations and concerns clearly and promptly
