We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical Intensive Infirmary (MII) team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, Georgia. The Medical Intensive Infirmary is a specialized unit that provides care for patients with complex medical and chronic healthcare needs. This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy hands-on patient care, teamwork, and working in a structured, supportive clinical environment. Why Work at Johnson State Prison's Medical Intensive Infirmary? Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. One (1) year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, residential care, a physician practice, or correctional healthcare preferred. Current PPD documentation for tuberculosis screening. Current CPR and AED certification. Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain facility security clearance.
