Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care and support to individuals across various age groups and health conditions. In this vital role, you will assist clients with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being in a respectful, caring environment. Your efforts will directly enhance the quality of life for those you serve, fostering comfort, dignity, and personalized care every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient health through observation of vital signs and overall condition, documenting changes accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or medical documentation systems Support medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to home healthcare regulations and HIPAA confidentiality standards Perform patient transfer methods safely using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts to prevent injury Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory-related conditions, including memory care techniques and behavioral management Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, wound dressing changes, and basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary needs and assist with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to promote a safe living environment Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure personalized care plans are followed and needs are met Join our team where your compassion makes a difference!
