298581 Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Unit in Hawaii. This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates who are committed to providing high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting. The selected candidate may also be assigned as a patient sitter on the Medical-Surgical unit based on staffing needs. Schedule Combination of 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week Day and/or night shifts available Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Assist patients with activities of daily living Observe, monitor, and document patient behaviors and report changes to the care team Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Perform patient sitter duties on the Medical-Surgical unit when assigned Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred Previous Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Why Join This Opportunity?
