The Position:
We're looking for passionate Nurse Aides interested in pursuing a path towards a Nurse Aide Certification. Providing nursing care and services to residents, that include personal and restorative care and activities of daily living. Journey begins as a Temporary Nurse Aide, with 2-3 weeks of training under the guidance of our CNA Preceptor, providing direct patient care. Nurse Aides work up to 120 days while preparing for their Prometric exam. Following 30 days of employment Nurse Aide may apply for Tuition Assistance to cover tuition expense, which also includes a one time Prometric exam fee (value up to $3,725). Upon passing Prometric exam, Nurse Aide is promoted to Certified Nurse Aide, providing nursing care and services to our residents, that include personal and restorative care and activities of daily living.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. / Minimum age of 18. Completion of State Approved Nurse Aide Training Program. Pass Prometric exam within 120 days of hire. Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance (can be done in-house).
