Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred. 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance required. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.Benefits
