Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse License required Fulltime Monday- Friday We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing / Assisted Living Director to join our team. This dual-role position provides leadership and oversight for nursing operations while directing the day-to-day services and care provided within our Assisted Living community. The Assistant Director of Nursing / Assisted Living Director will oversee Assisted Living operations, including the supervision and coordination of approximately 3-4 team members, serve as the RN Delegating Nurse, coordinate services and care needs for tenants, and promote effective communication among residents, families, staff, healthcare providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents and tenants receive safe, person-centered, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and standards. Responsibilities will include staff supervision, clinical support, documentation oversight, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and assisting with the overall nursing department as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, communication, clinical judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents and tenants.
