Overview Are you a CNA looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a CNA to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. You will work with our Immanuel Pathways participant's in their personal homes. We reimburse $0.725/mile for travel. The schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays and no weekends. Best in Class Benefits can be found at

Job Duties & Skills Required What You Will Do Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participant's homes. Assists in monitoring and reporting participant's health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed. Be at least 18 years of age. One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
