Job Description
Job Overview Open and affirming church is looking for individuals to help care for children infant through elementary age on Sundays from 9:30am-12:30pm. Ideal applicant will have experience working with young children and children with disabilities. Duties Provide care and support to children in a church nursery Maintain a safe and clean environment for children Interact with parents/guardians in a kind and helpful manner Utilize first aid skills when necessary Follow guidelines detailed in the church's child protection policy. Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in early childhood education
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and inclusive practices for supporting access nees for children with disabilities
