Kahl Home, a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community in Davenport, IA, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on personal care, assistance with ADLs, and emotional support to residents in skilled nursing, rehab, and memory care. The CNA will monitor and report changes in condition, support restorative and mobility programs, and ensure a safe, clean, homelike environment. Working within a resident-centered, mission-driven team, the CNA collaborates with nurses and interdisciplinary staff, documents care accurately, and upholds dignity, respect, and spiritual sensitivity in every interaction with residents and families.
