Position Summary As a CNA at Greater Southside Health and Rehabilitation, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide direct, compassionate care to residents in accordance with care plans Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Support residents' emotional well-being and maintain a respectful, person-centered approach Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards Qualifications Current CNA certification in the state of Iowa Experience in long-term care or with geriatric populations preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, dignified care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Basic knowledge of healthcare practices, safety protocols, and resident rights Why Join Our Team?
