As a CNA you will:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. If you are NOT a CNA, no worries! State of Iowa active CNA License (Preferred but not required•) 1 year experience in LTC or RCF (preferred but not required) If you are already a certified CNA (75 hr course) but have not completed your state testing, we are able to help you complete your requirements to obtain your licensure.
