We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNA's to join our team here at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. Luther Manor's top priority is to care for seniors with the respect, compassion and dignity they deserve. We understand that caring is what makes a community and without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community. At Luther Manor our nursing staff are courteous, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. We are currently recruiting for a Certified Nursing Assistant for all shifts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Monitor residents' vital signs and report and changes to the appropriate staff member Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
Current CNA License Compassionate and patient demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and assist patients and mobility as needed Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedule Aility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
