Senior Helpers of Central Iowa is seeking experienced caregivers to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is a professional and self-motivated individual who is passionate about providing the best possible care to our senior population. Responsibilities:

Provide clients with companionship and conversation Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and linen changing Assist with various needs, including walking and eating assistance, planning and preparing meals, and bathing and dressing Provide transportation using clients vehicle to run occasional errands Assist with toileting Provide medication reminders and monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia clients

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and passion for caregiving Professional personal appearance and a record of punctuality Willingness to undergo a background check, reference check, and drug screen Able to provide transportation to and from work on a daily basis Driver's license required Previous in-home caregiver experience preferred
