Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical documentation and medical records securely. Skills Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring behavioral health support. Skilled in patient transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts; capable of heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices. Excellent caregiver communication skills to coordinate effectively with patients' families and healthcare teams while maintaining patient service excellence.
