CNA Days Inpatient Pediatric Rehab (Full Time) ChildServe - 4.1 Johnston, IA Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications BLS Certification English CNA Full Job Description This position will support our Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit , the only freestanding, comprehensive pediatric inpatient rehabilitation program in the state of Iowa. Schedule 3 shifts per week, 6:00am-6:00pm, with every 3rd weekend Benefit eligible, including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual, including 16 hours of PTO front-loaded How You'll Make an Impact Assist with daily care routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while honoring each child's privacy and dignity. Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each child's unique needs are met. Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for scheduled activities. Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each child's progress and well-being. Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards. What You'll Need Active DIA certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Iowa. Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
