Position Type:

Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1.Schedule and coordinate nursing and nursing aide staff as needed throughout the facility. 2. Monitor facility staffing ratios, Hours Per Patient Day (HPPD), and staffing trends. 3. Ensure staffing compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining accurate reports. 4. Secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions, vacations, and staff call-offs. 5. Maintain the master schedule and log of all clinical staff worked hours. 6. Assist payroll in verifying and ensuring the accuracy of worked hours for nursing staff. 7. Record employee attendance and communicate any concerns to DON, ADON, and HR. 8. Respond promptly to supervisor's requests for staff coverage daily. 9. Support the Administrator and department heads in daily facility operations. 10. Assist and support leadership in facility recruitment and retention. Other duties as assigned. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This position is part of a health care facility that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Evening and weekend work as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Experience & Skills Required:
