shift to support residents and families during afternoon and evening hours. Responsibilities Assist with ADLs and personal care Provide comfort and emotional support Monitor residents and report any changes Work as part of a team to ensure quality care Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal support as needed Schedule 11:00PM - 7:00 AM Every other weekend required Qualifications Active CNA certification (Iowa) Experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Mitchell House?
