$22 About the Position We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support to residents/patients while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and works well as part of a team. Requirements Responsibilities Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Take and record vital signs and other patient information as directed. Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents/patients. Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff. Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as needed. Provide compassionate emotional and social support. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines. Accurately document care provided. Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Benefits Qualifications Current CNA certification in New York High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1 year long-term care experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
