As a CNA/CMA, you will: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Open Shifts Available:
Second Shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
Full-time Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement) An active CNA license in the state of Iowa, CMA preferred but not required Prior experience in LTC preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork abilities What We Offer Starting pay rate based on years of experience with a shift differential of up to $4.00 an hour!
