As a Home Health Aide / CNA , you'll make a meaningful difference every day by helping clients live safely, independently, and comfortably in the place they love most—their home. Under the direction of our skilled nursing staff, you'll provide compassionate personal care, support daily routines, and build trusting connections with each visit. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred. 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance required. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.
