Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Henry's Fork Surgery Center Henry's Fork Surgery Center is looking for a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our surgical team. This is a part-time position in a fast-paced outpatient surgery environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with pre-operative patient care and preparation Support nursing staff with post-operative and recovery care Help patients with mobility and other basic care needs Obtain and document vital signs as directed Prepare patient areas before and after procedures Assist with room turnover, cleaning, and restocking Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Assist nurses and other clinical staff as needed Follow infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA requirements Provide friendly and professional care to patients and families
Cross-Training Opportunities:
This position will be cross-trained in additional areas of the surgery center to help support daily operations and provide scheduling flexibility.
Cross-training may include:
Front Desk:
Patient check-in and check-out, answering phones, assisting with paperwork, and other front office responsibilities
Instrument Processing:
Cleaning, scrubbing, preparing, and sterilizing surgical instruments according to facility policies and infection control standards Assisting with stocking and maintaining clinical and surgical supplies Providing support in other areas of the surgery center as needed
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification Current BLS certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed Comfortable learning and working in multiple areas of the surgery center Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous surgical experience is helpful but not required
Position Details:
Part-time Daytime hours Outpatient surgery setting No overnight shifts Schedule may vary based on surgical volume Opportunity to cross-train in both clinical and administrative areas Henry's Fork Surgery Center is looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible, positive, and patient-focused .
