Hospice Aide

•Full Time

•Fruitland office

Hours:

Monday

•Friday, 8:30 AM

Role:

Hospice Aide As a Hospice Aide, you'll be an essential part of our care team—helping patients and families navigate one of life's most tender journeys with dignity, compassion, and respect. What You'll Do Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance, wherever the patient resides.

Support mobility:

assist with transfers, positioning, and safe movement. Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN. Offer assistance with meals, feeding, and hydration. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families. Document care provided accurately and on time. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to carry out individualized care plans. Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Idaho and Oregon, Or experience as a caregiver. Previous hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in patients' homes. A genuine calling to support patients and families through end-of-life care.

Pay:

$17.00

•$21.00 per hour
