Job Description
FT & PT Positions Available We are looking for CNAs to fill our day shifts opportunity . To provide person-centered nursing care and treatment to elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents. Integrates technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the individual needs of residents and families. Assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. The CNA (Certified) uses the knowledge and expertise gained through the special certification process to treat the resident/patient population that would benefit from the specialized clinical care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care by assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and patient information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises, promoting their physical well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to medical documentation standards.
