Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring individuals interested in starting a career in healthcare. No prior experience is required - paid training is provided. This opportunity is ideal for candidates searching for paid CNA training, nursing assistant training programs, or entry-level healthcare jobs with no experience required. As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment while learning the fundamentals of resident care. You will work alongside experienced nursing staff and develop the skills needed for a long-term career in healthcare. Training Pay $15.50/hour during the training period Schedule Full-time training schedule of approximately 40 hours per week Flexibility required Program Opportunity As you progress through training and meet program requirements, you will have the opportunity to obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Team members who successfully complete training and certification are eligible for full-time employment with benefits, with starting pay at $19.50/hour.
