Overview Meadowbrook Manor Bolingbrook is expanding their staffing and is now hiring Full and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) for Day shift and PM shift. We Welcome New Grads Competitive Pay, based on years of experience. Shift and Weekend Differentials $2,000 sign on bonus paid quarterly for Full-Time candidates Responsibilities Assist registered nurses and physicians with patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures. Support patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and feeding, ensuring dignity and comfort. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor patient conditions closely, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to the healthcare team. Prepare patient rooms and medical equipment, including the use of assistive devices like Hoyer lifts and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed during procedures. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or behavioral health needs by implementing appropriate memory care strategies. Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with hospital standards and policies. Qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS). Experience working with diverse patient populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Familiarity with PCC for accurate medical documentation. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to always maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality. Valid Illinois CNA Certification in good standing Current CPR certificate a plus Must have excellent patient care and customer service skills. All candidates must have excellent written/verbal communication, documentation, and computer skills. Benefits
