Pay :
$20.00 per hour Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd shift : $3.00 per hour Qualifitications Current CNA in the state of Illinois Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs. Take and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility using proper safety techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and comfortable. Promote residents' independence while ensuring safety. Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations.
