Key Responsibilities Provide direct, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)—including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to maintain comfort and safety. Measure and accurately document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report changes to the charge nurse. Respond promptly to resident call lights and maintain a safe, clean environment. Build positive, respectful relationships with long-term residents and healthcare staff.

Requirements & Qualifications Certification:

Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

CPR/BLS:

Current CPR/BLS certification required

Background:

Ability to pass a standard healthcare background check and drug screen.
