CNA Responsibilities:

1. Provide AJ's Fitness/Functional Maintenance Programs as scheduled to include group fitness, oversight of independent users and direct supervision of some users for Campus and Community AJ's Fitness participants. 2. Works with Independent Living and ALF staff to promote AJ's Fitness and educate campus residents regarding benefits of AJ's Fitness. 3. Provide and document AAROM AJ's/Restorative Programs to skilled nursing residents as directed. 4. Assists with maintaining Fitness exercise equipment and reports to Administrator if repairs or servicing needed. 5. Assists in maintaining a safe and clean work area and adheres to facility safety and infection control policies, including cleaning of AJ's Fitness equipment as directed. 6. Attend various in-service trainings to maintain nurse's aide certification. Training must include a minimum of 12 hours per calendar year. 7. Attend facility meetings/in-services as required. 8. Participate in skills performance reviews as directed by facility, to be done at least annually. 9. Follow all facility policies and procedures with respect to state/federal guidelines. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
