PM or NOC shift CNAS

Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated PM (afternoon/evening) or NOC (night) shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care environments. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, adhering to medical documentation standards. Support patient care by administering medications under supervision and following strict aseptic techniques to prevent infection. Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and document progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Assist with specialized care needs including dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, behavioral health, hospice, or trauma-related cases. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Requirements Current certification as a CNA with valid state licensure. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation. Prior experience in diverse healthcare settings including hospital medicine, long-term care, assisted living, or home & community care. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques essential for delivering safe patient care. Ability to work flexible PM or NOC shifts with stamina to stand or walk for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams caring for individuals with disabilities or complex health needs such as dementia or infectious diseases. Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Phlebotomy skills, or medication administration are advantageous. Join us in making a positive impact through compassionate caregiving! $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
