Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing staff. Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies. Assist in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Qualifications Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification. Excellent attendance and reliability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
